Beck’s Outboard Inc. is a family owned and operated outboard engine sales and service based in Jacksonville, FL. Our website address is: https://www.becksoutboardinc.com. We are partnered with the Mercury® Marine Co-Op program to provide the Northeast Florida area with authorized outboard engine sales and service.
Beck’s Outboard Inc partners with Digital Saints Solutions to provide our clients and users a viable web experience and for social media marketing.

When you interact with our website through our forms, social media, or widgets your information may be stored for up to 30 days prior to automatic deletion. We collect basic user information and use cookies to help establish faster loading times, build our server cache, and to design more responsive content
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the verification services used when submitting a review or contact form to provide us with email verification and purchase verification. If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
If you provide a written review regarding your experience with our organization, your name and the review may be displayed on our website or on our social media pages for promotional and advertising purposes. By submitted a review, you authorize us to use your first name (and last initial, in some cases) and all other media or written input provided on the respective review form indefinitely for any and all purposes unless the review is retracted or deleted.
Beck’s Outboard Inc. may not be held responsible nor liable for royalty payments should reviews or testimonies be used with or without customer authorization for the purpose of advertising or promotion of the organization, its services, products, etc.

Who we share your data with
We do not sell nor share your data with third parties or data brokers. All data collected is used for customer service, web development and design purposes, and to provide current and new customers / users with the best possible experience.
When you interact with forms on our website, data may be shared and stored by Jotform, our partner in creating private, secure, and easy to use contact forms. When you leave a review on our website, your data may be processed and stored by TrustMary, our review and customer relations API provider. Data governance and user privacy may be governed by their policies, respectively.
How long we retain your data
Data collected / submitted be users may be stored by default for up to 30 days. After which, data is automatically deleted from our databases. If your data is needed to perform a sale or service, your data may be stored with us for the duration of the service provided. We store our data locally, on location on a secured private server that may only be accessed by shop employees and administrators within our organization.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
You may request that your data may be released to you, if possible, prior to the deletion period.
You may opt out of submitting contact form data or interacting with our review widgets.
Please note, data collected for services rendered is necessary to comply with warranty obligations to our dealers and may not be deleted or requested if obtained by third parties for this purpose. Data for this purpose includes, but is not limited to, your name, email, physical address, age, registration status, engine serial number, engine make, engine model, services performed or to be performed, and by whom services / sales were performed.
Where your data is sent
When data is collected on site for service purposes, your data is stored locally and governed by Becks Outboard Inc.
When data is submitted for engine registration or parts ordering, data is sent to third parties and vendors associated with the chosen engine manufacturer. We do not collect general demographics, advertising, or general consumer data nor do we sell or broker user data.
